  2. Thanks for the release. By the way, you guys consistently use "break" rather than "brake" as would be proper in this context.

    1. You're welcome.

The spelling "break" is much more common for "bɹeɪk" than "brake" is. "Break" ranks 514th whereas "brake" isn't even on the Simpsons Frequency Dictionary. (It lists the top 5,000 words.) That's why I spelled it that way.

Alas, Roosevelt didn't succeed in simplifying the spelling of the English language as we know it in America — all he got was ridicule —, so it doesn't make it correct nevertheless. I read a Japanese novel where I spotted a few spelling errors so these aren't very big errors, thus they'll only be fixed for the batch, and apparently having one of the most/least difficult spellings doesn't help much in that regard either (I think the writer misspelled hiragana so it's probably the latter in this case). By the way it seems that an English-speaking country would need to have a desire to isolate itself from the rest of the English-speaking world for a radical simplification of the spelling to occur, which is pretty unlikely in today's globalization, so it can't be helped.

Still, I'll try to make something that spots homophones if I get super-bored. (Which is never will.) I-I mean if I can submit it for a programming assignment or something.
